The Broadway musical adapted from the Jack Lemmon and Marilyn Monroe film, with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Shaiman and Scott Wittman, and a book by Matthew Lopez and Amber Ruffin, runs tap-heavy and dance-intensive through its Prohibition-era mob-on-the-run story. Cabaret tables surround the stage for some seats each night.
